Wikipedia says “Honesty refers to a facet of moral character and connotes positive and virtuous attributes such as integrity, truthfulness, straightforwardness, including straightforwardness of conduct, along with the absence of lying, cheating, theft, etc. Honesty also involves being trustworthy, loyal, fair, and sincere.”
Being trustworthy is being able to be relied on to do, or provide, what is needed or right: deserving of trust.
TRUST is the one thing that changes everything.
Our first operating principle (or core value) is “responsible” and when I hear the word responsible, ownership immediately comes to mind. Responsibility is an obligation to carry forward an assigned task to a successful conclusion.
