D15 Total Safety Culture Training

Posted by Eliezer Rivera, Supervisor on Oct 18, 2019 1:27:56 PM

This week, D15 held a two-day, total safety culture meeting in the field. Employees broke into small groups, went to different stations and got hands-on training on a variety of topics: pre-job hazard surveys (PJHS), spotter operations, restoration process, drop zone cone procedures, jobsite set-up and equipment inspection. The utility representatives who attended the training sessions were happy to see how we invest in our employees.
